Holly has been working in brand strategy and design for over 14 years, the last 8 of which were spent launching and leading a design consultancy arm of Avenue Code’s global digital consulting business that has grown by double digits for 4 consecutive years and forecasting $12M in revenue in 2024.
Holly finds joy and purpose in helping companies define and articulate their unique values and differentiators in the form of thoughtful, well-crafted brands. Passionate about the value of design in general, Holly has spoken and published widely and is active in several communities for design leaders globally. She is the organizer of .Bridge, a global network of leading and up-and-coming designers and design thinkers, with popup events in New York, Toronto, Lisbon, and São Paulo.
She is the mom of two humans and 3 cats and lives just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco.
